All engravings are interchangeable. Lettering can also be customized to whatever you want. We do not charge per letter.
Our custom belt buckles are skillfully handmade and customized to your preference. Our orders need about a 4 week turnaround time to complete after artwork approval. Creation of artwork process will take an additional 2-7 days, depending on customer’s response time.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing. Customized products please note the following:
Notification to Country Boy Buckles is needed within 14 days of receipt of item for returns.
Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, Country Boy Buckles is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or a different item was received from what was ordered.
If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by Country Boy Buckles, you are granted to the remaking of the product by Country Boy Buckles at no extra cost or a refund will be issued for the item value plus tax. Shipping and handling fees will not be reimbursed.
If there is a misspelling or error in the information provided by the client, or failure to revise the final proof for any errors in the overall design, style, grammar, spelling, etc; customer will assume expenses and refunds will not be issued. We are not held liable for any mistakes approved by the customer after the acceptance of final proof is sent to Country Boy Buckles via email, website, or any online social platform.
Items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
All product packaging must be returned with the item.
Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
