SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
(shipping to the United States)
Shipments cannot be shipped to PO Boxes -Physical addresses only
All Country Boy Buckles standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped domestically, including free shipping.
International shipping may not be available for all items.
When we ship your order, we list the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package in Your Account, and in your shipment confirmation email. You can track your package in Your Orders.
There are limitations, which prevent us from shipping certain products to some geographical locations in the U.S.. The locations include U.S. territories, protectorates, P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), and diplomatic posts (DPO addresses).
These restrictions can be related to local/state laws and statutes hazmat materials, large and oddly shaped items or Country Boy Buckles policy. If you have a question about the shipping eligibility for a specific product, please contact us for more information.
There are special eligibility considerations when shipping items to domestic areas outside of the 48 contiguous states including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Not all items may be shipped to these locations for the same reasons identified previously.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing. Customized products please note the following:
Notification to Country Boy Buckles is needed within 14 days of receipt of item for returns.
Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, Country Boy Buckles is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or a different item was received from what was ordered.
If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by Country Boy Buckles, you are granted to the remaking of the product by Country Boy Buckles at no extra cost or a refund will be issued for the item value plus tax. Shipping and handling fees will not be reimbursed.
If there is a misspelling or error in the information provided by the client, or failure to revise the final proof for any errors in the overall design, style, grammar, spelling, etc; customer will assume expenses and refunds will not be issued. We are not held liable for any mistakes approved by the customer after the acceptance of final proof is sent to Country Boy Buckles via email, website, or any online social platform.
Items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
All product packaging must be returned with the item.
Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
